Whether you have purchased rug in our store or you have purchased on the website, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we offer a window of time for you to return the rug.

 


STORE RETURN POLICY

 

  • Unless otherwise noted, all rugs purchase in store – can be returned to the store in person with in 3 days of your purchase (or the date the item was delivered, if you used our delivery service).
  • Please make sure you discuss the return policy while buying the rug and have the salesperson write it on the Invoice, Verbal commitments are not confirmed, so have everything is written.
  • If you are unsure of the rug that it will fit in your place – take the rug on approval for 3 days – you will be charged for the rug – but it will be refunded if you bring the rug back with in stipulated time.
  • Exchanges – We offer exchange for the same or higher amount rug with in 7 days of your purchase (or the date the item was delivered, if you used our delivery service)

In all cases the items has to be in Original and Unused condition, Customer will need to provide Original Receipt of transaction when returning the item. Items without receipt can not be returned or exchanged.

Returns will be credited using the original method of payment, For Check and Cash – Returns will be processed, and Check will be mailed with in 7 days (in most cases next day). Shipping and Delivery fees are not refundable.

 


ITEMS THAN CANNOT BE RETURNED

 

  • Custom and Special-Order Items can’t be returned.
  • All Special Orders and Custom Orders require full payment before we can order the merchandise, these items are not returnable unless noted on the Invoice.
  • Clearance Items are not returnable, Items those are discounted by 20% or more are non-returnable.
  • Items those are purchased as Bundles are non-returnable as single. Please discuss with your salesperson to individually itemize the pricing if you are not sure and thinking of returning.

  • We keep our pricing low and that is the reason we have such restricted return policy, We are here to Satisfy you with your purchase and will work with you if you made a mistake or bought something by error, However we cant guarantee.
  • So if you are still unsure of the product, Check it out on Approval, Try it and if you don’t like it – Bring it back and Return, As long as the Item is Unused and in Original Condition, With Packing and Receipt (approval invoice) we will take it back and refund your method used to guarantee the approval.
